Geomagnetic Storm Watch
A coronal hole solar wind stream is expected to reach Earth within the next 24-48 hours. An isolated period of minor (G1) geomagntic storming is in the forecast for late January 4th and into January 5th. High latitude sky watchers should be alert for visible aurora this weekend.
