For me this vid 100% confirms it, anyone who can't see by now needs to think more
@bleep Need to check several other sources to see if this video has been tampered with. If 3-4 other copies exist and show the same hand gestures and lip read the same then maybe it is valid. Go back to the original recording of the rally and watch for this 1:46 second segment to see if it is really in the original video. Then dig for as much information as you can find to double check your findings. Then maybe then I can get on board and say that what we are seeing is possibly true. Not all you see is real

I replayed over and over but couldn't trace the hand movements
Good enough did you try to slow the video down to quarter speed or slower than that?
Frame by frame is also posible
It can involve a lot of work but if it is worth the end result then it is not a lot of work
