There seems to be a discrepancy from an Anon on 412 PSB broadcast earlier today . It involves the 30 day statue based on that "High official" daily caller article Anons are taking as truth. In PSB guest caller says about 25 pages down in RIF there is a paragraph that says differently.

That's the change from the 2015 guidelines to the 2018...that's why it's a possibility. Not saying it's gonna happen but it's possible. All speculation based on facts.
