The Senate Ethics Committee has given Senator Cory Booker a pass for his admitted violation of Senate rules in publicizing confidential information designed to smear Brett Kavanaugh during the confirmation fight for his Supreme Court seat. Judicial Watch filed an ethics complaint against Cory Booker, but it was rejected by the Senate Ethics Committee despite Cory Booker’s admitted violations of rules that would require his expulsion from the United States Senate.
This is another outrageous abuse of Senate process that again is victimizing Justice Kavanaugh and his family. You should let your Senators know what you think about this contempt for the rule of law by calling them at 202-224-3121. The Senate cannot & must not be above the law!”
