Ok... This Joe Rogan is a good watch... However, for those that will not dedicate 3 hours let me surmise on this point. Twitter operates on global law. Dude is talking American law on the free speech spectrum. In the onion of issues talked about in this atmosphere the biggest layer of said onion is 1:08- 1:19 where they talk of Twitters power in the political realm under global law.
