My general thoughts re: to patents is that Crooked has reportedly regained her law license. We all know she was a Patent atty. UGH!

I believe she was an IP litigator which would be different than a patent attorney

She was involved with more trademark infringement and it was brief to my recollection

Her legal background is murky at best
