The post where it shows the two watches and the "How did Q know" is using a post from a non official account on twitter that was started in March of this year. Do we have any other source that includes the time of day that the VETO was signed...? If not, I say it at least brings questions to the forefront as to if that time is/was accurate or simply put there as confirmation bias.
