All motivation/ethics for having or keeping a job have been stifled by government agreements, that have produced a conveyer-belt of employment opportunities for workers. It now depends on what school system one has been through and what college one graduates from, to obtain a job. Graduating with college debit allows opportunity, while jumping to other jobs allows wage increase. For those whom didn’t attend college, no opportunity and hence wage mobility is afforded.
