BREAKING NEWS: ADMINISTRATION SAYS IT WILL ABIDE BY COURT RULING OVERTURNING OBAMACARE

The Department of Justice has just announced that it is siding with a district court ruling that found the Affordable Care Act unconstitutional. In December, the Affordable Care Act's individual mandate was found to be unconstitutional in U.S. District Court. The ruling concluded that the rest of law is therefore invalid.
The Department of Justice previously argued that only portions of the law should be struck down. Now it says THE ENTIRE LAW should be invalidated.
“The Department of Justice has determined that the district court’s judgement should be affirmed,” the DOJ said in a letter to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit tonight.
The case centers on the argument that after Congress repealed the tax penalty in the law's mandate for everyone to have insurance in 2017, that the mandate can no longer be ruled to be constitutional under Congress's power to tax. The plaintiffs argued that if the mandate is unconstitutional, then all of ObamaCare should be invalidated. The judge agreed.
And now the Department of Justice does as well.
