I can see clearly now the rain (emotion) is gone or better said that Q is reminding us all as adult's that, all would be over immediately if the other side were adult also. So we must use the law to take them down that we insist that will protect us also which can be slow and require much patience by the just. We must allow the guilty to prove their gilt for all to see.
