My first Summer in Vegas one evening at 5:30 the outdoor thermometerin the shade read 128 degrees

Ahh piece of cake one Summer when I was living in Mesa that thermometer read 436 degrees or something along those lines
128 degrees in the shade and the thermometer was on the North side of the apartment

Every Summer on the face of the dam the temperature will reach 140 degrees in the shade.
Without fail it gets that hot

By the way I totally hate the heat and always have. Lived in that hell hole for almost 20 years and hated every stinking minute of it wheh the temsp were above 100 degrees
I believe that plane crashed because the air was so hot that it quit flying
