@retiredDep Absolutely, It's about time! I worked at Tripler Army Hospital in Honolulu back in 2005 and the civilian employees were mostly horrendous! they knew they had a job and benefits for life no matter what!

@retiredDep That's great, I don't know where you live but in Hawaii there's a huge veteran population and they actually get better care than those who are active duty, at least that's how it was back in the day...
