Farmers here in Vermont have had subsidized milk prices, if I got that correct, or its also due to futures markets...problem is the farmers suffer...To me, like you said, "hurt a lil" thru the new arrangements on trade...eventually, the corruptions, giveaways, & payoffs connected will in time end!!!😊
