The right photo( above a few posts - shows a younger JE in flash photo. The left photo shows a sun damaged, older dead Epstein ear with all the same physical characteristics as the younger ear, but with signs of age (a bit bigger) trauma and rigor mortis. The blood pools up and around the head when lying prone and after attempts to revive have been exhausted. That is something one never forgets. Our noses and ears do grow a bit as we age.
