@tattered flag if someone is found unresponsive in a medical setting or those who know how to operate medical equipment are always bagged. CPR includes airway management and chest compressions
it doesn't look like they are doing chest compressions in these pic. it they were, you would see someone bent over much more than this paramedic is shown in this pic
