The RPO's in florida went into effect after the parkland shooting. It gives law enforcement the ability to petition the court civilly to hold firearms from citizen they feel to be a threat to themselves and others. We did one where I work actually, small town, based on the statements that the Baker acted person made regarding snipping the officers
