@Gailm oh my goodness, i was watching how they from scratch i mean seed and dirt how they would have to grow their own fibres for clothing from crops, harvest it and process it and weave it into cloth and sow it together to make clothing, it was mind blowing

and it was not your average slapped together primative looking cloth, it looked like it was fashioned by the celestial beings lol , it was master craftmanship

Very hospitable folks those Amish, worked a big job with some Menonites once, 11 yo boys worked like most men

i tried to go vegan , i tried so hard for 6 months, i felt so weak and ill, i am sure i was doing something wrong and man i missed my steak and roasts
