Well, Gail, when I can get it, I use a sativa strain with the kratom, for pain. It provides more clarity of thought and I am able to focus for longer periods of time despite a normal tendency to be all over the map. I believe, but do not know, that it is a glandular and receptor-related issues.

Hemp was used to make sails in the U.S. first ships....DURABLE.

@Groot "Soda Pop" used to contain drugs for ailments

2019-08-16 16:51:03 UTC

Thinken hemp was used for the best rated bullet proof vest. However, in days past it was never used as the source material (against the law) for our police or army ?

@Rekkedge "Coke" the Cocao-cola company.

I I don't want to take pain killers anymore, and the neuropathy is getting worse as is the back pain

2019-08-16 16:51:36 UTC

So I'm willing to try something different if it's natural

2019-08-16 16:52:04 UTC

God said, after looking over Creation, that it was all Good.

2019-08-16 16:52:05 UTC

I have heard of kratom, but if it makes you goofy, that would have to be a night time remedy

2019-08-16 16:52:16 UTC

Pepsi contained "pepsin" for stomach ailements. 7 UP had lithium in it for peopkle feeling "down"

2019-08-16 16:52:47 UTC

Coca Cola had cocaine and people felt great

2019-08-16 16:53:13 UTC

@Gailm it doesn'tmake you goody..but I have read propoganda saying it does....I wonder who benefits from writing that.

2019-08-16 16:53:32 UTC

Yes, Rekkedge

Doesnt make me goofy, moderates pain to manageable. It is perhaps best known for its use by people seeking to get off of opioides. It also has a quality that seems to amplify the qualities of other things that it is mixed with. (I am reminded of avocado taking on the qualities of the other foods with which it gets mixed). I use it for pain management and there are no known side affects. Been using it for about 6 or more months.

2019-08-16 16:56:13 UTC

Plants or plant-based treatments rarely have adverse side-effects

2019-08-16 16:56:19 UTC

And it's working for you @the Steward ?

2019-08-16 16:56:29 UTC

I mean, pretty well - for pain?

2019-08-16 16:57:08 UTC

I have to deal with the blood pressure issue, too, so I start things on low doses

2019-08-16 16:57:12 UTC

Hello Everyone What You Talking about Willis?

2019-08-16 16:57:17 UTC

@Gailm I would get it for a tea only first...try it for yourself before any mixing. I use it for neuropathy and back pain....I can have a cup-o-tea and be comfortable for days.

2019-08-16 16:59:20 UTC

I'll research that this afternoon

2019-08-16 16:59:37 UTC

Definitely. I had anupper and a lower back spinal break/cervical break due to a car falling on me. God did the healing, but the pain was hard to bear. I wasn't looking for a cure all, just something to control the pain. Did a lot of reading, found red leaf kratom, as best pain relief in the kratom family and ordered it from Kat's Botanicals. Never looked back. Dont need it every day. Pain is there usually when I have bad posture, or someone "reminds" me of it. lol
