Gail, I use dark red borneo for pain, I believe the Kat's Botanical site has all the information I used to choose which kratom. I looked all around, they had the best information and the best price.

@Gailm just checked, I have (3) from them, the Red Bali is what I got for neuro but have not tried it yet. I have Red Bentuangie that works best for me.....I got from another place + about 3 others that are not as good. All Red leaf.

You may need other than a red leaf. I do not know.
