So how is what you refer to a "government" debt binding on you. Think of it another way. What authority does the "government" have to create debt and then make you pay?

So what do you propose or what is the solution this is how the system is set up whether we like it or not we foot the bill.

Well first of all it is an incorrect presumption that I am on the hook in perpetuity for what "government" has created in debt. The manner to correct the situation today is for people to know from the source who they are, then learn who "government" is (government is not who you think it is). Once you know this you can see clearly different ways to correct what people think is wrong on many levels today with government. Knowing is only the start. Action comes next.

A payroll tax deduction would lower Federal Withholding rates.

So there are several federal withholding taxes from SS ---to income tax...i just want to clarify which one(s) he's talking about. Is the term "Payroll Withholding generic or specific?

That term focuses on Federal Withholding only. There is a table where you decide how many deductons you want and those rates would be lowered. Only for employees.

Social Security rate is a percentage of gross wages, matched by the employer.

So it looks to me it means all Federal withholding including Fed Income, SS, Medicare, Fed unemployment , whatever else the Fed withholds so it is not specific to one or another.

Each of the fed income, FICA, unemployment and medicare are separate rate/tables and credit against IRS income tax. So my thinking is because he has already dealt with the income tax portion he really means he is going after the others FICA, FUTA and medicare.. make sense?
