I worked in ag. that's a short shift.

well during harvest I mean..

18 during harvest was normal

the rest of the time 12

or if you are in a plant 12

I hear you...management was a bitch and added more hours to my shifts out remote

I always said I'm done running jobs and crews and always got stuck doing just that

because you could say it u got it

I was a babysitter for the young'ns trying to keep up

@Ron Ward I hear ya. that's how it was working fer a Power Co. Quite often we worked double shift. Nothing we could say about forced overtime. We worked for a Utility. So, you know what to expect when you signed up.

I made bank but the headaches were a pain

not me worked me ass off. Ag was exempt from OT.

Bank my payroll and a thousand plus a week per diem was play money
