i know my breath will reek in the morn lol it has an aroma that is pleasant atm that would make others suddenly hungry for spaghetti with extra raw garlic on it, but in the morn my breath will reek like an open grave lol

I've gotten in bad habit of slivers in peanuts ..roasted

soups, pastas, meats, raw veggie juicings, cheese dips salad dressing, i use raw garlic in all that mess

i do not like cooked garlic often, it looses its zest and potent flavors

she puts then in jars.....I keep going back to the jar for a handful until they are gone....

if i am aiming for a specific taste using garlic and it needs roasting then yes, but for the most part garlic tastes best when mainly raw mixed or sprinkled in foods

sometimes hot peppers just do not cut the mustard and i need that painful hot spicy zest, raw garlic hits the spot
