There are smoke/flare type thingies, ultra Sonic devices but I did not see tums. Hmmm

You need two pieces of either 2" or 1 1/2" PVC. You need the same size PVC cap and "t" fitting and you need a poison bate product, so use gloves and a drill with tiny bit...

Finally, you need a piece of all thread, (that's a round, steel piece of metal, like a long bolt but has no 'head'), and a wing nut for the all thread.
