Yeah bread and pizza crust wikid easy... I have a bread recipee somewhere, you use the crock pot insert, pre heat it in the oven, then put the dough in and bake...

regular Dutch Oven cast iron also makes great bread

@ColdBrewedFreedom There is a technique for making bread that involves no kneading that is so easy to make. Just combine the ingredients, allow to rise for about two hours at room temps then refrigerate overnight before shaping then baking. From the time I take the dough out of the refrigerator until it comes out of the oven ready for butter is about one hour and fifteen minutes

Flour, water, yeast and salt - that's it

Back later I am off to make the glaze for the cookies
