How do you brew it cold in the fridge?

tell her to look for a cold brew pot, has a screen in the middle, pour cold water over it and leave it in the fridge overnight at least

it's funny, the coffee never looks very strong, but it tastes amazingly better...apparently heat is not really good for the beans....

How is the acidity?

I have a problem with that

heat make it bitter I guess... I dunno, but it is really cold cold brewed IMO
