I bake cookies twice per week once the cooler weather rolls around

I've been saving my last two packages of smoked salmon for this

I made a suggestion to the extended family a few weeks ago about Christmas and the gift giving....why not exchange baked goods for the adults and let the kids have their gifts .... you'd think I asked them to starve
