I worked homicide for 3 years, then went to narcotics, oddly enough narc is where I seen the most troubling things.

Many bad things in the underworld , on the fringe of society....the drugs were just the edge of it.

Its funny when people cant put you in a box, you can just fit in anywhere. You can be homeless one day, look like a business exec the next, and casually move in and out of different groups. I really learned alot in 15 years as a cop, but I walked away from that and came back to the country. I do not go to town much, just as well stay on the farm and work here, plenty to do around here.

I worked with the health department in Detroit, Atlanta and Los Angeles...no shortage of fringe in those places..

I work downtown where things are starting to get dicey

But I live in the burbs.

That is getting ..............different now, too

Just middle class burbs

We are East, but several hotels are here - across the street, actually

And people will visit businesses over here
