But I think he uses a mix

Doesn't matter, they're fantastic and with fresh organic blueberries

The wife loves the blueberry, I just like a plain stack with real maple syrup and butter

I LOVE the real maple syrup, but blood sugar is high, so only a dab of it

Before I started watching the sugars, I would POUR it on

And take a spoon to the plate to get all the syrup when I was done with the pancakes

I don’t think that they make sugar free maple syrup yet @Gailm Kinda defeats the purpose

But the pure maple syrup is good for you if you take it in small doses

Better than sugar

or that stuff with corn syrup in it
