Lord God, I come to you on bended knee in a time of need. You already know what I will ask Lord, for it is by your hand this has been set into motion since the beginning of time. I floated on my back and let go.... Couldn't hear the low hum of human chatter as my ears were submerged ...I let go and let the current take me. ...I went with the flow ... To the end of the river.
Later I walked barefoot for about 2 miles in the woods, then, found the source of the springs... It was pure and clear and deep... I went into the depths, the gushing birth of the fresh water carried me through a deep and rocky canal. Rebirth.
None of the allegory was lost on me. God brought it to mind, as tears streamed down my face and my salty tears mixing with the pure water.
