All I did was try and stabilized it a bit better as it was rather bouncy.
This event took place in Raleigh NC. on 3/28 . They are calling it a training exercise, but we know how those last exercises went in LA a month or so ago.
One thing I did catch was these building are located on Capital Blvd. if anyone cares to see what is there or track down the building for a dig.
