Notice in mass shootings like this one in El Paso, the Garlic Festival, the Vegas shooting, etc, several witnesses say there were multiple shooters. But usually only one suspect is charged in these killings and labeled a “lone wolf”

I'm thinking this guy was told it was an active shooter drill and he would be the shooter, then given an AK47 and told it was loaded with blanks, gave him glasses, ear plugs, and a vest and told him make it look real. All awhile 3 DS shooters killed all witnesses.
