you should be able to change that to default by using the arrow down/up button

other than that, check your computer mic and headphone settings

you should be able to click on voice & video to get to that page

okay, you should be able to get there, best thing that I know of, is to log out of discord, and restart your computer until the glitch is resolved, that is what I have to do
