Until you can register your account I believe you are at a stand still

@tattered flag no loss...met you and a few other great patriots...it’ll work out!

After you register your account the next step is to read the "rules of the road" and click the tumbs up emoji. Then you will see more of the main menu

Also be aware that if you have installed more than one account that wil cause conflicts in the app

You will have to manually delete all of the discord app then install a clean version in order for it to work

It is not a simply uninstall because there are files with discord hiding on your hard drive

Did you go to your email account and click the link in the email from Discord to confirm your account? If not then plase do this when it is convenient to do so. This is referred to as "registering" your account and until that is accomplished then you will be stuck at home plate

The Main Menu was streamlined so that is did not appear so overwhelming to newcomers

"opt-in-channels" in not an option on my screen under welcome-to-the-soapbox. My next option is <#431169106893340673>
