They're non-stop and just started after I joined another channel, David's Weather Server.
Im not familiar with that Server
It's a live weather channel. The pop-ups are messages.

Okay, I;ll try now, but when I turned off my computer last night, the same happened this morning. This all started when I joined David's Weather Server.

I never had any pop-up messages before joining that server.
