Are you trying to set up your push to talk and headset or ear buds?

yes

Open your account

Click the voice and video option
Switch from Voice Activity to push to talk
Select the key that you will use for that purpose in my case I used the F4 key but that is your choice any key will work

You can test your set up using the "Mic test" in that same section
