Anything larger than a small community the who argument falls apart as no one has trust in a large city even with homogeneous race but I don't know why you'd want to live in a world without other cultures it's part of what makes society great is our ability to go explore different cultures without having to go to a different country for example I can drive 5 minutes and eat amazing homemade Japanese ramen or Vietnamese pho or Korean BBQ or soul food or real fuckin Mexican food not that Tex Mex bullshit.
