the fallout thing is a good idea, just implementation that is super hard. There is a ton of factors in every proposal that people think can just be done, they haven't explained how it can be done. How do I keep track of troops being added in over 50 fucking states every 6 hours? and then deal with all the +1 defense and +1 tech shit? God Howard had a good suggestion but then proceeded to revert back to marinis which I have said is not happening unless someone wants to foot the bill for a bot that would take 3 months to make.
