the fallout thing is a good idea, just implementation that is super hard. There is a ton of factors in every proposal that people think can just be done, they haven't explained how it can be done. How do I keep track of troops being added in over 50 fucking states every 6 hours? and then deal with all the +1 defense and +1 tech shit?
