The only way to actually get people out of the degenerate drugs and addictive substances in general is to a) punish them for using them and b) rehabilitate them into not using them anymore. At least with whites rehab is a possibility. But that doesn't mean we do not also punish people for being degenerate.

And before you unleash the "it doesn't affect you bro" argument, neither does the murder of someone completely unrelated to me. Victimless crimes have existed for thousands of years for good reason.
