Kitty, the point from their view is that the whole movement is moving away from, they would say, the proven body of science and , they would say, making stuff up to fit their views, ignoring the massive body of evidence out there

that seems unfair though because in an egalitarian society wouldn't all views have equal credence
'Anti-Intellectual' is a word to shun those who dare disagree.
As if there was an "Intellect," in the equation to begin with, don't think so myself.
