You will find out you can get 2 maybe 3 of the angles to match

But not 4

Only reason 3 may not work is if the 2 poles on either side are equal distant to the center one and the sun is directly above the middle one

I can do the math myself if you want

(circle is rotated by 0.2 unit relative to the third pole)
(math says that that corresponds to a sun shift to the right relative to the third pole of 0.199 units, triangulated with the 2 rightmost poles)
