in low earth orbit it's not that cold

in deep space it woudl be taht cold, and they require heaters to stay warm enough

like the pluto new horizons craft

we use a "thermal vacuum chamber"

and u get it that hot and cold

produced vacuum and cold tempertaures, with a shroud that surrounds the wall, fileld with liquid nitrogen

and an oven to make the higher temperature
