Time zones make it easier to understand, someone says "it is noon here", you realize it is around 12:00 PM there, but with what you are suggesting, it is like, "well, in his location, noon is actually at night there"

Imagine living in a world, where the entire world is under one country, everyone must have microchips embedded in them since birth, they use them for scan to give ID. Each person goes to school until 18 and is given a job, they get paid and can only buy with their chip scan. There is a one world currency of bits programmed to your chip, and a one world language. Robots do most of the physical work and assist us constantly.

I was a flat earther for awhile, but currently started sticking under the guise of undecided

to me there just isnt enough evidence surrounding why the earth is flat
