all i get is excuse after excuse

2019-05-02 23:40:34 UTC

Many flat earthers were claiming that space travel can't be used as evidence anyways, because very few go there and photographic evidence along with footage can be manipulated.
So I just never use space in any way as evidence of the shape.
The evidence is always stronger when you could do it for yourself.

2019-05-02 23:40:34 UTC

its pointless

2019-05-02 23:41:08 UTC

well otehr than a 3 or 4 mile straight piece of whatever

2019-05-02 23:41:25 UTC

Funny that you say that, one of the evidences given for the ISS being real was that the clouds people observed matched the livestream,

2019-05-02 23:41:34 UTC

no they dont match

2019-05-02 23:41:50 UTC

They match every time I look lol

2019-05-02 23:41:52 UTC

but ok

2019-05-02 23:42:27 UTC

Others testify to them matching,
I haven't checked myself, but I've heard about this several times online

2019-05-02 23:42:47 UTC

Probably should check it out, pretty easy to do

2019-05-02 23:45:22 UTC

It isn't near my location right now

2019-05-02 23:45:40 UTC

4 wells. Guess Neil was wrong

2019-05-02 23:46:21 UTC

it would work with 4 wells on flat earth same as globe earth ?

2019-05-02 23:46:30 UTC

Not exact same

2019-05-02 23:46:41 UTC

But who has done it?

2019-05-02 23:46:46 UTC

idk

2019-05-02 23:47:02 UTC

I dont know either

2019-05-02 23:47:30 UTC

someone earlier in here or the lounge told me someone did it in ancient history but noone knew his name or the details or something lol idk

2019-05-02 23:47:33 UTC

Would need identical wells

2019-05-02 23:47:37 UTC

It would be quite significantly different, depending on distances

2019-05-02 23:47:57 UTC

id rather have a 4 mile flat piece of material we could use to see on a coastline or body of water

2019-05-02 23:48:46 UTC

than relying on shadows in wells

2019-05-02 23:50:17 UTC

or a live hd camera 24/7 on earth

2019-05-02 23:50:33 UTC

with autofocus so we could also get nighttime views

2019-05-02 23:50:47 UTC

maybe a camera that could see the stars from the iss

2019-05-02 23:51:08 UTC

a lot more evidence could be given and it isnt concerning the space stuff

2019-05-02 23:52:06 UTC

is it impossible to make a 4 mile piece of flat material that doesnt bend

2019-05-02 23:52:10 UTC

How would it being 24/7 make it any more real in your mind?
I presume you think the ISS live feed is fake...

2019-05-02 23:52:39 UTC

yes the iss feed is fake

2019-05-02 23:52:42 UTC

imo

2019-05-02 23:53:00 UTC

first off its not 24/7

2019-05-02 23:53:30 UTC

Like I asked already, how does it being 24/7 make it any more real to you?

2019-05-02 23:54:01 UTC

If say, one day, there was a 24/7 feed

2019-05-02 23:56:35 UTC

idk harder to fake if it was 24/7

2019-05-02 23:56:48 UTC

now they shut it down for mad long all the time

2019-05-02 23:57:02 UTC

they have plenty of time to fake it or manipulate it in any way they see fit

2019-05-02 23:57:18 UTC

id like to see nighttime and daytime 24/7

2019-05-03 00:04:45 UTC

i understand video and photo can be faked if its live 24/7 i feel like that is harder to fake

2019-05-03 00:04:54 UTC

Harder?
If NASA fakes GPS satellite telemetry data, every past space mission, live feeds of ISS astronauts in interviews and spacewalks, the entire Apollo program, and collaborate with other space agencies to do the same.
This would be childsplay for them.
I'm just saying from the standpoint of space all being faked, it can easily be dismissed.
It really just looks like shifting the goalpost to me, even if you would change your mind, I know many would expect more.

2019-05-03 00:05:19 UTC

thats why id rather see a straight piece of material that cant bend 4 miles long
