Hell, I know the few neighbors that have stayed but I think I’ve talked to my newer neighbors only twice

I think the last time we all got together was at my parent’s next-door neighbor’s funeral

people come from all over one thing i do notice is the younger people are tyhe less they have attachements they have to their roots and where they come from

I think it’s tied to how often they move around and how often their parents moved around when they were kids

They never grew a connection to one house/street/city etc

people right now are forgetting to pass on their heritage t their kids
