I mean, if we went to the moon in the 20th century with crappy technology, why can’t we “pull it off” lol
Those space videos are hard to convince someone
For example, why do these dudes get angry if it’s true. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=jc7gsdonMHw
If someone accuses you of faking your greatest, and perhaps only noteworthy accomplishment, many would probably be frustrated.
Imagine breaking a world record and someone simply says you didn’t. Or paying for your car only to have the dealership claim they received no money.
Now, of course, that doesn’t mean they’re telling the truth, it just means that if they’re telling the truth, their anger is at least somewhat reasonably justified.
What throws me off is that, in the complete video, there are some who agree to do it while being calmed, then all of a sudden throw fits. But it would be understandable. I have yet to see a space video that cannot be titled as fake.
Also, would you *really* trust them if they swore it on the Bible?
Those are both fair opinions
YouTube seem to have changed the search algorithms very strongly. There’s a video I was trying to find of an astronaut film closing the shuttle door supposedly in space and you see the door closing like it is made out of paper
And I can’t find it
Interesting
This one lol
That's a thermal cover, it helps maintain thermal equilibrium. The actual hatch opens inwards.
Yeah, YT has been intentionally trying to lead people away from conspiracy videos.
Yeah
What’s your explanation here? https://youtu.be/xdBR3tDXyVw
I kind of get why, since it lands YT in a lot of legal issues, but it’s still kind of messed up.
That’s the Arctic circle, hence why he can see both day and night.
It’s a bit difficult to explain, but I’ll do my best.
Keep in mind this too https://youtu.be/29mh3flRqUU
*Yes, this image is terrible, I literally drew it myself just now.*

LOL
Basically the light of the sun can still touch the moon
At the *very top* of the Globe model, the light from both the sun and the moon are hitting the same spot.
What’s on the other side?
So at that top point, someone can technically see both at the same time,
Wdym on the other side?
From your drawing as in the other “face”
If you check the reflection of light of the moon, you see it focalized, like a lamp
So I assume it can’t be that far
The drawing kind of sucks, as the lines overlap the edge of the earth, but basically one side has sunlight and the other has moonlight (except during full moon).
At the very top, both the sunlight and moonlight can narrowly touch the same spots
Look at this sun, is a very interesting one. https://youtu.be/GJ8_u6Sf1t8
Provided you’re in the right location, you can see both at once with such a sharp divide.
Hard to believe the sun not move
I can’t really attest to *how* sharp the divide is, so that part has me, but I can see how it would work.
