I just put a string through the middle of the sun in that video, from one edge of my phone to the other, and made sure the string was the same distance from the edges of my phone on each side.

Not exactly the most scientific thing in the world, but it looked that way to me.

I kind of see what you mean, at the very end, like the last second or so, it looks like it veers to the left a bit.

Unfortunately the video doesn’t go to the point that the sun has disappeared from the horizon.
