so a stroke is very unlikely

since my diet effectively has blood thinners in it, neither hemorrhagic or embolic stroke are likely

the most important factor is you are a black

blacks have kidneys and blood vessels that are very fragile

an aryan can have 165 blood pressure their whole lives and be fine, a black with that blood pressure would have kidney failure and be on dialysis or have all the vessels in their feet die until their leg starts rotting off and needs amputation

same thing with blacks and diabetes, their kidneys get fried and their feet rot off way faster than a nordic person with the same numbers
