I really like the sample they use from Vincent Price's Masque of the Red Death
I do not recognize POWER METAL as a legitimate or worthy contribution to METAL.
It would seem it gained more steam near the end of the 80's
we will build a wall and power metal will pay for it
a time when genrefication was exploding
And yes, I forgot Crimson Glory.
Again, for me, most power metal is just heavy metal or speed metal.
Crimson Glory is great HEAVY METAL
@Parasite try this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5trNs7M3MU

That should be a pasta
honestly I would just listen to a few minutes now
it starts slow
builds up
so you wont spoil anything
and you can listen to it again later, completely if you want
We will see
one sec ill throw it on then
here we go.
early queensryche was great
Sitar has a sound to it that can open worlds, maybe just a few, but be expansive within those realms.
everything up Empire and Mindcrime
Queensryche has not been put in rotation for me.
something about that prog metal aspect pissed me off about them
