Wtf..
Baby's brother tried to stop the guy and the guy punched the baby's 5 year old brother in the face
sociopathy
then he gets on the stand - i didn't do anything, a boil must have popped on his leg or something
Destroy that pos
That is sick.
Death sentence.
well, what about the crow bar with your fingerprints that was used to open up the water heater, and also your fingerprints on the thing that turns the heat up on the water heater?
I don't know anythinga bout that, i didn't do it
Send me link
the mom divorced her husband (not the childrens' father, that's a third guy)
then let this psycho move in a week later after knowing him for about 3 weeks
then left him alone with the kids for 15 minutes
10 of which at least he spent burning this kid
"Stevens told investigators he was showering with the victim when he popped a boil on the victim’s lower back. He says that’s when the child’s skin began to peel off."
I saw pictures adduced as evidence. Blind monkey could tell it was a burn caused by a hot liquid hitting one part of the kid and flowing down his legs
Fuck that is disgusting.
the point is just that even sworn testimony is not worth anything and nobody should believe it for a second it's the worst form of "proof" in existence
"Stevens told investigators he was showering with the victim when he popped a boil on the victim’s lower back. He says that’s when the child’s skin began to peel off."
shit that didn't happen
hang him in public
And all he is slapped with is Aggravated Assault?
no
those articles are out of date
since those were published, this crow-bar thing was discovered and the DA upped the charges to a bunch of premeditated shit that will get him at least 60 years
thankfully
unfortunately, it was somewhat recently determined to be unconstitutional to give people the death penalty for non-homicide crimes
or is it derived from some other element of the constitution?
this man is a sociopath
its obvious from what he did, and what he said about what he did subsequently
no, it's cruel and unusual
hanging him in public may actually be a good idea
i still think it's a sad state of society in america, when a kid can learn more from just wandering the school library, reading random books, than any number of actual classes
well, that's the state just about everywhere in the western world
home schooling seems to be the way to go
i guess it's just being able to make the time for it
having the money and expertise to have one parent stay home and teach
